Christian Horner was accused by a female Red Bull Racing employee of acting inappropriately and improperly. Horner forcefully denies every accusation. As a result, the investigation was conducted by an external legal firm. In a statement issued on Wednesday, Red Bull GmbH, the organization that owns Red Bull Racing, said that team manager Horner had not engaged in an “inappropriate encounter” as a result of their inquiry. The statement omitted details about the original complaint.

Numerous journalists were sent a link to a Google Drive folder on February 29th, from an anonymous email address that shared alleged WhatsApp conversations between Horner and the employee. The leak occurred just a day after team principal Horner was found not guilty of sending inappropriate texts to a female employee, the anonymous release took place. An F1 insider has revealed to the media that Horner believes the leak was an inside job and there is a mole at Red Bull.

The leak came as a shock. Someone has a vendetta against Christian. That person acted like a puppet master. It seems to have been calculated to cause maximum damage to Christian’s career, humiliating him just 24 hours before the F1 season begins. He believes someone set out to destroy him professionally and personally. But the team stands firmly behind Christian and everyone’s working towards a common goal.

An F1 insider said, as reported by The Sun.

Christian Horner is very keen to find the puppet Master. It is very interesting to see that within 24 hours when Red Bull gave a green card and Horner was relieved from the investigation. But in the next 24 hours, the chats were leaked which is still not clarified whether it is true or fake. Horner believes that someone is there to destroy him both personally and professionally. Although Red Bull stands with Horner and is working towards achieving a particular goal.

FIA holds back on immediate action in the Christian Horner investigation, prioritizing a thorough review

FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem acknowledged that the current controversy is damaging Formula 1. But ruled out any immediate plans to look into the claims involving Christian Horner. After an independent lawyer’s eight-week investigation, it was announced on Wednesday that the complaints against him had been dropped because there was no proof of any misconduct.

But over the weekend of the Bahrain Grand Prix, things took a turn for the worse. When senior F1 officials, including team managers, the heads of the FIA, and the media received anonymous emails that contained a file of documents at the center of the controversy. Before Friday’s qualifying round in Bahrain, Horner met with Mohammad Ben Sulayem and F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali. During their meeting, the three of them reportedly talked about the current state of affairs and potential future steps.

The FIA is getting involved independently to gain a better understanding of the situation to investigate the Horner case. Mohammad Ben Sulayem stated that Christian Horner’s investigation is damaging F1 reputation. But we all have to wait for what will happen next in the Christian Horner saga as it is never ending.
