The Formula 1 2024 season’s first race is just under a month away. Hence, as the teams and drivers prepare for the upcoming challenges down the season, the trailer for the sixth season of the Netflix Docuseries Drive to Survive has been released. The show will be released on 23rd February, just after the testing session in Bahrain finishes.

Drive to Survive is a mega-famous series based on Formula 1’s incidents and happenings down the season. The series highlighted Guenther Steiner as the star in the previous season, however with Steiner’s departure from the sport, season 6 might be the last time the 58-year-old would be featured in the series.

The DTS trailer contains multiple behind-the-scenes of various incidents during the 2023 season. The entire trailer is action-packed with fast-paced scenes from the entire and an exhilarating ending scene. The video presents Lewis Hamilton, Nyck de Vries, Lando Norris, and other drivers who had exciting news down the season. Additionally, the season would highlight the reasons behind Guenther Steiner being unexpectedly ousted from the Haas F1 team.

Apart from this, season 6 of the DTS would also present Daniel Ricciardo‘s situation throughout the entire season. However, the series wouldn’t contain much variety in presenting behind the scenes of the winning drivers as only three different drivers could manage to score victories down the season. Hence, the season will also focus on Otmar Sazfnauer‘s unexpected departure from Alpine.

What to expect in Season 6 of Drive to Survive?

Primarily, season 6 will be the last and final appearance for the former Haas Principal Guenther Steiner. Additionally, the season will also cover major information about the Inaugural Las Vegas GP which was a grand success. Apart from this, the season will also highlight the repetitive race winner Max Verstappen’s domination throughout the season.

Additionally, the season will highlight the clash between the two Silver Arrows during the Qatar GP in 2023. DTS S6 would be action-packed and contain multiple important pieces of information about Mercedes’ weird performance and also cover McLaren’s great comeback down the season.

Hence, as Netflix prepares to release the S6, the grid prepares for the 2024 season. Multiple teams have already unveiled their challenger for the upcoming season. Red Bull, Mercedes, and Ferrari are yet to unveil their chassis, which will be happening in the coming days. Hence, excitement for the season starts building up amongst F1 fanatics.
