‘We are looking for someone more experienced,’ Guenther Steiner craves a possible change in the 2023 lineup for Haas

Haas team principal Guenther Steiner
Guenther Steiner reckons a change in the 2023 Haas line up bringing in some experienced drivers for the team. The 2021 season saw an all-young driver lineup, with which, Haas struggled a lot. Haas has been open to all kinds of Drivers but recent years have seen a sudden surge of young drivers in their team. Though Guenther wants a change for it in the next season.
The 2022 season saw a change in Nikita Mazepin’s seat for a former experienced driver Kevin Magnussen. The change came out to be a success for the team as Kevin scored a bunch of points for the team in his very first race. This could have provoked the team to get an experienced lineup in a decently competitive car.
“We are looking for more someone who has already driven in Formula 1. We already had the experience of rookies last year,” said Guenther.
Guenther Steiner could go for Daniel Ricciardo in Haas 2023

Daniel Ricciardo got into the political background with McLaren after a recent confirmation of Oscar Piastri for their future. Ricciardo is now contractless or in simple terms jobless for the next season unless a team approaches the 32-year-old driver.
Haas could target Ricciardo and his winning experience from the past to get themselves a lead ahead with a competitive car. But this move could leave Mick Schumacher’s seat less for the further as the young German had his contract with Ferrari come to an end.
Alpine and Alpha Tauri are the two teams looking for a change in the lineup and this could bring in a mix in the drivers. With Alpine looking for Pierre Gasly or Mick Schumacher, this move will leave the other seat empty ultimately adding a vacancy for a new driver in the sport.
