Mattia Binotto, Ferrari team principal is unhappy about the injustice that caused them a probable win in the Monaco Grand Prix. Ferrari, after the race, filed a protest against the Red Bull regarding after their driver Max Verstappen might have driven his car outside the line while exiting the pit that gave him a heads up against his title rival Charles Leclerc.

However, this protest was rejected by the FIA which made the Ferrari boss furious to talk about other incidents he ignored in place of a proper rivalry against the Red Bull. Binotto pointed out yet another violation ignored by the FIA which gave the Bulls a clear way without penalties. He said the Red Bull didn’t have their tyres set 3 minutes before the restart which was later on delayed.

“We made mistakes, but I also saw a lot of other inaccuracies. With only three minutes until the start signal, Red Bull didn’t have the tyres on [that’s mandatory five minutes before], the FIA postponed the start procedure and then also the issue about the yellow line. Unbelievable!” said the boss in conversation with Italian news media Corriere.
