Oliver Bearman gained massive applause from the entire F1 grid after scoring great points in his debut race in F1. The Briton was considered for a seat in the pinnacle of motorsport after deeming a successful debut race. However, Ferrari is currently full with no prospects for Bearman. As a result, the 19-year-old locked in with the Haas F1 team from the coming season onwards.

Oliver Bearman couldn’t get the opportunity to further showcase his talent as he only got the chance to run one race. Regardless, the 19-year-old successfully landed a seat with Haas for the coming season. However, speaking upon getting a chance to be considered to join Ferrari, Bearman noted that it was hard to not think about it. Hence, all that the Briton could do was do his best and work towards his goal.

It's hard not to think about it, but I'm not. I feel like all I can do is do my best and that's my goal.

The Briton reckoned that he didn’t have much control over the opportunities that he had lined up next. As a result, Bearman would have to set his mind to showcasing the best result possible with Haas F1 in the coming season. The 19-year-old was ‘excited’ to start his rookie season in Formula 1 with the American constructor.

Oliver Bearman would have to work extremely hard at Haas and continue to score great results. Only then would the Briton be considered for a seat at Ferrari for any future opportunities. Regardless, Bearman reassured that his long-term dream to succeed in Formula 1 was still his top priority.

The long-term dream remains the same: I want to succeed in Formula 1. I want to win races and championships.

However, Ferrari had showcased unwavering faith in the debutant during the 2024 season and claimed that he dreamed of achieving this goal with them.

With the support and loyalty that Ferrari has shown me, it's only fair that I want to do it with them.

Bearman still has to focus on his duties in Formula 2 before thinking about racing in Formula 1. He would surely take the Haas F1 team to great heights after joining them. The 2025 season is looking extremely promising for varied reasons.
