Since the start of the season, Leclerc has been in fantastic form. He won the opening race in Bahrain and the Australian Grand Prix as well. The Monaco-based driver now holds the lead in the standings with the most points. The 2022 season is being dominated by the Monegasque driver and his Formula One team. Leclerc has won two of the three races thus far this season. As a result, the Ferrari driver has accumulated roughly 71 points and is comfortable atop the Drivers’ Standings. Charles Leclerc has been the quickest driver in every race so far, in addition to leading the drivers’ standings.

Since entering Formula 1, the 24-year-old hasn’t felt the same. But it’s not his first time feeling this way; he had a similar experience in junior high. On his incredible journey so far, Leclerc said, “I have found myself in such a situation in the junior series before, but it means a lot to me to be able to do the same in Formula 1. Especially after the last few years and especially with a team like Ferrari. It feels incredible!”

Fans were completely tizzy after this sighting and here are some of their comments:

Meanwhile, on the tennis side, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina‘s fairytale run at the Monte Carlo Masters continued in the first semi-final encounter. He won his first Masters 1000 championship after defeating Grigor Dimitrov 6-4, 6-7(2), 6-3 in 2 hours and 44 minutes. The young Spaniard stumbled while serving for the match in the second set, and Dimitrov battled his way back to win the set in a tiebreak. Despite losing his first service game in the final set, Fokina kept his cool and eventually won.

Stefanos Tsitsipas breezed through Alexander Zverev in the other semi-final, advancing to the Principality final for the second consecutive year. In his semifinal match, the reigning champion, who came back from a quarterfinal loss to Diego Schwartzman, was razor-sharp from the start. Tsitsipas defeated Zverev 6-4, 6-2 on Court Rainier III in one hour and 15 minutes after Zverev’s second serve failed him completely.

In the final Stefanos Tsitsipas won against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in straight sets to win back-to-back Monte Carlo titles.
