Sergio Perez himself was the center of rumors of being ousted from Red Bull by the coming season. However, following his father Antonio Garibay’s declaration of his son’s continuation with Red Bull, the latter was relaxed. For the Niels Wittich controversy, Perez Jr. had a short claim that the former was fired by Formula 1.
