We felt like we were going to have a good pace, but we struggled to get much more out of it. I’m happy with the lap I did, it was pretty solid. The first aim is beating Ferrari, but if we can win the race and the WCC, why not try?

Oscar Piastri claims that the Woking-based team expected to have a better pace after winning the Sprint race hours before. The 23-year-old has also cited that their main aim will be to outpace Ferrari during the race.

The Papayas have a chance to further increase their lead over the second-place Maranello-based team on Sunday. However, they will have to compete against the likes of Mercedes and Red Bull in order to achieve that.
