Fabricio Werdum, former UFC heavyweight Champion joins the PFL

The Professional Fighters League, on Monday, announced that they have signed the “Fabricio Werdum” to their heavyweight division. The former UFC champion will be competing in the upcoming events in 2021.
During his 2 UFC runs, Werdum had a record of 12-6. During his 2nd stint in the UFC, he was able to capture the Heavyweight belt against “Cain Velasquez” at UFC 188 in June 2015 via third-round submission. His last fight in the UFC was against “Alexander Gustafsson” whom he bested in the first round and won the fight with a submission.
He has defeated many big names in the organisation like “Roy Nelson”, “Mark Hunt”, “Alistair Overeem” and more.
