“Get him on that mysterio stem cells”- WWE Universe concerned as Steve Austin reveals need for left knee replacement, potential WrestleMania plans might be jeopardized
It has boiled down to a point where Steve Austin would have to get some work done on his left knee to make up for years of overlooking.

Steve Austin‘s WWE career was cut short by a string of injuries that forced him into premature retirement in 2003 at a time when he was only 38. Apart from his neck issues, Stone Cold has had a history of bad knees, specifically his left one. It all began when Steve started playing college football for North Texas State University.
Speaking to The Bobbycast, the 59-year-old first tore his ACL as a freshman. Austin’s left knee sustained a mop-end tear after he was awkwardly tackled by a teammate while running down on kickoff coverage. The Rattlesnake didn’t have his knee replaced at that juncture owing to his quad strength and just trucked through it. Years later, it has finally exacerbated to a point where he’d have to get his left knee replaced.
It does seem like even though Steve’s been able to keep up his upper body physique as ripped as he could post-retirement, his knee has been letting him down for a long time. That also rules out an in-ring comeback for Austin.
Having last wrestled Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 38, the WWE Hall of Famer seemed as if he got more matches left in him. While that might not be the case any longer, he could continue making appearances for WWE in a non-wrestling capacity. Back in August, The Bionic Redneck teased making the trip to WrestleMania 41.
Given that The Showcase of the Immortals is in Nevada, apparently, where the wrestling icon currently resides, it’d be an easy drive to the Allegiant Stadium if he were to make one. Even if he does agree to a one-off Mania role, he wouldn’t compete but may chug some beers.
Fans send their well wishes for Steve Austin after concerning knee update
It’d take some time for his fans to let it sink in that Steve Austin would be undergoing knee replacement. The consequent concern is depicted in most of the social media posts that the netizens have made to wish Austin well.
One fan said that The Baddest S.O.B. needs to get on stem cell therapy to iron out another Austin match, that too with CM Punk. Meanwhile, others clamored to put a full stop next to fantasy booking Steve in unreal wrestling scenarios.
Another one said they’d need The Rattlesnake at WrestleMania 41, as they bought the tickets to see him there. A couple of trolls also came hard at Austin and asked him to not believe in knee replacements, like he discards CTE every time he gets the opportunity to do so.
