Recently, Jake Paul took to social media for the first time since Mike Tyson’s medical emergency. The former heavyweight champion began feeling distressed 30 minutes before arriving in Los Angeles. This happened after suffering a flare-up of an ulcer that caused him to become nauseous and dizzy. Before paramedics arrived at the scene, the passengers were even asked if there was a doctor present.
The news spread like wildfire mainly because of the fight against Paul, which has been a controversial topic. This is because the former champion is entering the ring as a professional boxer after 2005. In addition, Tyson is going to be 58 years old during the fight while his opponent is just 27 years old. Hence, Iron Mike’s current medical condition has come under question. People are wondering if the fight will be canceled. This prompted Paul to address the situation on social media.

Even though the combat sports world is growing more wary about the fight Paul doesn’t seem to be bothered. As such, the young boxer dismissed the concerns and blamed people for spreading misinformation about the incident.
Tyson’s representative also issued a statement after the news went viral. Furthermore, he asserted that the former champion is doing well despite the medical emergency. Hence, Paul appears to be sending the same message to the combat sports world.
