Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho has now been shockingly linked with a move to Chelsea, after his agents were spotted at Stamford Bridge. The Argentine’s agent, Quique de Lucas shared a video of the action from Chelsea’s match against Wolverhampton.
Alejandro Garnacho‘s future at Old Trafford remains in doubt, after having struggled to find form and fit into manager Ruben Amorim‘s plans. The 20-year-old forward has failed to score a goal in his last 12 appearances for the club, most of which have also been from the bench. The Red Devils are reportedly open on letting the highly-talented Argentine starlet depart the club, to make way for new signings.
Amid uncertainty surrounding Garnacho’s future, Fabrizio Romano recently reported that the youngster’s agents were in attendance during Chelsea’s EPL win over Wolves. His representatives, Carlos Cambeiro and Quique De Lucas were both spotted in the stands at Stamford Bridge. This sparked rumors of a potential transfer move for the forward to Chelsea, in the ongoing January transfer window.

The Blues would hope to bring in the talented 20-year-old as an effective replacement for suspended Mykhailo Mudryk. The 24-year-old Ukrainian winger has been temporarily banned for a failed drugs test, and remains under investigation. However, there have been concerns regarding Garnacho’s attitude in the recent months. It poses a major hindrance in Chelsea’s pursuit of the Argentine forward.

Moreover, the Blues are not the only team interested in signing him. Serie A giants Napoli saw their £40 million bid for Garnacho getting rejected, earlier this month. The young forward remains among the United’s top performers this season, having scored eight goals in 32 matches.
Fans react to Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho’s recent Chelsea transfer links
Football fans and social media users responded to Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho’s recent transfer links to EPL rivals, Chelsea. The 20-year-old’s agents were in attendance during the Blues 3-1 victory over Wolverhampton, at Stamford Bridge.
Some Manchester United fans reacted furiously about Garnacho’s agents’ attendance, believing it signals towards a ‘betrayal’. A few others lamented the Argentine forward for taking a step down. Some fans hilariously reacted to the Red Devils’ decisions, claiming that selling Garnacho would be a ‘blunder’. Here are some of the reactions:
Even though he comes to Chelsea and flop, I still want Chelsea to sign him just so I can drink every tears of Manchester United fans. Having him and Sancho turn up at Old Trafford and destroy Yoro and Maguire would add 6 years to my life.

He can join Sancho for all we care I don't fancy his style either, he plays like a toddler and isn't technical enough.

Ganarcho and Rashford have to leave, we can't have this. They are not even good enough for the system.

Nonetheless, it remains to be seen what lies ahead for the 20-year-old youngster. In case he decides to join Chelsea, he would be taking the same route as ex-Man Utd star Jadon Sancho, who departed last summer.
