“Stick to fighting retired UFC fighters”- Wrestling fans ridicule Jake Paul’s aspirations to be Logan Paul’s sidekick in WWE
Having beaten one of the all-time greats in Mike Tyson recently, Jake Paul is also open to a potential role in WWE.

After taking down three-time world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson in a lackluster 8-round bout last Friday on Netflix, Jake Paul joined his elder brother Logan Paul on the IMPAULSIVE podcast. After discussing various aspects of Jake’s win over Tyson, Logan asked The Problem Child whether he’d consider joining WWE at some point. “I would love to,” said Jake, right off the bat.
However, the 27-year-old pugilist doesn’t intend to be thrown in as a wrestler. Instead, he said he’d like to be The Maverick’s Paul Heyman in the company. Heyman is often hailed as arguably the greatest on-screen manager pro wrestling has seen. He’s had prolonged stints with top names like Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, and CM Punk over the years, all of which were big-time hits.
Walking in those shoes, the younger of the Paul Brothers said he’d want to stand by Logan’s side and be his sidekick businessman. Logan then dove into becoming a WWE Champion. The boxer-turned-wrestler said what’d make that even more special is if Jake’s the boxing champion at the same time and his girlfriend Juttah Leerdam has an Olympic gold hanging around her neck.
Jake Paul says he would love to come to WWE but as Logan Paul’s manager like Paul Heyman.

“I would want to be your like Paul Heyman. I wouldn't want to like wrestle as much like I could do some shit, but I would want to be like your sidekick business man.”

Jake has previously appeared in WWE. The El Gallo had a run-in at the 2022 Crown Jewel event when Logan Paul went up against Roman Reigns for the then-Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. While it’s highly improbable that Jake will ever be a full-time WWE Superstar, he could surely hop in occasionally.
On the other hand, Logan is signed to WWE on a part-time basis. The 29-year-old dropped his United States title to LA Knight at SummerSlam and hasn’t been back since then. Paul welcomed his first baby girl into this world a couple of months ago.
Wrestling fans outright reject Jake Paul expressing interest in WWE switch
It doesn’t appear like the wrestling community at large is thrilled after learning about Jake Paul‘s futuristic WWE plans. As a result, the influencer-turned-boxer is getting loads of rejections from fans who’re claiming that he’d be a bad misfit in a managerial role.
Most of them don’t even want The Problem Child to wander in the peripherals of WWE. One fan aimed a dig at Jake, saying he should stick to fighting retired UFC fighters and basketball players.

Just stay boxing fossils we don’t need you here?

Several memes were also posted in the comments, the crux of which entails that the wrestling fanatics stand unanimously against his foray in WWE. He’s still fresh off beating 58-year-old Mike Tyson, the aftermath of which was marred by a cascade of boos at the AT&T stadium.
