Terence Crawford defeated Israil Madrimov via unanimous decision in Los Angeles to win the WBA junior middleweight belt. However, many fans thought it was a very tight fight. This narrative has now harmed Crawford’s campaign to potentially fight with Mexican superstar Canelo Alvarez.
From the start, both fighters were cautious, but as time went by, Crawford started to see openings.
