Colton Herta is someone who is rated very highly by people in IndyCar, and Alexander Rossi as being one of the ardent supporters of the 22-year-old has come to his defense and via his Twitter handle, written, “I have kept my mouth shut long enough, so here goes. I am so sick and tired of this back and forth regarding super license points.”
“The whole premise of it was to keep people from buying their way into F1 and allowing talent to be the motivating factor. That’s great we agree that Colton has the talent and the capability to be in F1. That’s great, and he should get that opportunity if it’s offered to him. Period.”
Rossi is extremely distraught after seeing his fellow American’s F1 dreams get shattered and has further gone on a writing spree stating why it is not right.
