Wrestler’s court is home to some of the most infamous backstage and locker room stories in WWE. While it has been abolished over the past few years, Finn Balor has asked for its return. Surprisingly, he has demanded that his own Judgment Day teammate, Dominik Mysterio, be put on trial.

Balor replied to a fan on X who posted a few clips of ‘Dirty’ Dom inadvertently hitting The Prince somehow. In the most recent instance of that, Dominik’s microphone landed on Balor’s eye during The Judgment Day’s celebration on Raw. Further, he similarly caught the former Universal Champion in the face with his North American title and boot. Therefore, Finn Balor has had enough of being victimized by these ‘attacks’, expressing his desire to take Dom to court.

Meanwhile, Dominik Mysterio pledged his innocence by replying to his teammate’s post. All in all, it was a fun little interaction between the two on social media. For those who don’t know, wrestler’s court used to be a way to discipline young wrestlers who broke ‘locker room’ rules. Veterans such as The Undertaker and JBL would act as judges. As a matter of fact, any star who would be put on trial was guaranteed to be found guilty.

To this day, it is a tradition that has received polarizing opinions from fans online. Moreover, some found it a way for locker room leaders to ‘bully’ or ‘haze’ superstars. Needless to say, wrestler’s court will always remain a folktale for legends to share.

Dominik Mysterio comments on wrestling the most WWE matches in 2023

Without a doubt, Dominik Mysterio was the most improved WWE Superstar of 2023. In addition to his solid character work, the 27-year-old has put in a shift inside the squared circle. Last year, he wrestled the most matches by any star in the company, deservedly garnering the ‘MVP’ tag. Recently, “Dirty” Dom opined on being the unofficial workhorse of WWE.

While speaking on The Ringer Wrestling Show, Mysterio revealed that he was honored to know how much faith the company has in him. The Judgment Day member also reflected on his near-four-year anniversary since his WWE debut. Evidently, he was equally surprised to see himself at the top of the list in 2023, wrestling 106 matches.

106 man, I’m proud of it and I’m thankful that the company has a trust in me to go out there and do my thing.

Since his heel turn in 2022, Dominik has squared off against some of the biggest superstars in the company. Most notably, he fought the likes of Cody Rhodes and his father, Rey Mysterio, at major PLEs. In addition to that, he posed as CM Punk‘s first opponent in almost a decade, facing him twice at house shows.
