When it comes to shotgunning a beer during a golf event then Jason Kelce is the man. The retired Philadelphia Eagles center downed a can like it was filled with air. On Monday, June 17, Kelce participated in his underdog golf tournament in Philly. Being a star icon for the Eagles for more than a decade, it was natural many bird supporters would show up to have some fun.

They did it by the numbers, flocking the barricades to watch the Super Bowl winner in action as he went for a hole-in-one. Unfortunately, that did not happen but regardless, the 36-year-old gathered a few of the fans dressed up for the occasion and opened beer cans.

In typical Jason Kelce style, the Super Bowl winner chugged the beer in one fell swoop. The X (formerly Twitter) account of his New Heights podcast shared the video with the caption, “Shotgunning with the hecklers.”

It was an open invitation because back in May, Kelce expressed that he wanted the hecklers to show up at his golf event.

Ironically his wife Kylie Kelce helped the hecklers get ready for the event. One of the videos on the X account showed that she attached stickers as identification on them.

Before the golf tournament, Jason along with his brother Travis Kelce invested in a beer company called Garage Beer. Its tagline ‘Beer flavored Beer’ hinted at the level of alcohol in the product.

People crave quality and simplicity, and Garage Beer nails both for me.
Jason said in the press release

The headquarters of the Garage Beer is in Columbus, a few hours from where the Kelce brothers grew up in Cleveland Heights. Braxton Brewing Company came up with a beer recipe that contains 0% IPA.

If quality matters and clout does not.

It was clearly a jab at the exclusive nature of small-batch IPAs that are traded like commodities in the market. Garage Beer displayed the words ‘Small Batch Brewed’ on its label. However, the company did not provide its brewing process. Yet one thing is for sure, Garage Beer is the Kelce brothers’ favorite beer.
