UFC 244 headlined by UFC Megastar Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz was possibly one of the biggest fight cards in UFC history that made new records for PPV numbers and the first of its kind event where it got the then sitting President of the United States Donald Trump attend the event as well. Another magnificent moment was former UFC Lightweight Kevin Lee securing one of the greatest knockouts in UFC Lightweight history.

However, what was special after the main event ended was Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock, former professional wrestler at WWE and one of the highest-paid actors in the world, was present inside the octagon to grant the winner of the main event, a once in lifetime “The Baddest Motherf**er aka The BMF Belt.” This pay-per-view event was one of a kind that will be hard to be replicated for the coming future for sure.

Nate Diaz believed Mike Tyson should’ve been the presenter for the then proposed “BMF Belt”

Diaz spoke at the UFC 244 post-fight press conference to talk about his problem with Johnson wrapping the belt around Masvidal’s waist after the latter won the fight via third-round TKO due to doctor stoppage.

“F**k The Rock [Johnson’s stage name] too man, that motherf**ker over here play me,” says Diaz “I see him over smiling over with Masvidal you know, should’ve had Mike Tyson handing out the belt if anybody. I didn’t give a f**k about my belt anyway so he could get it too.”

Mike Tyson is the former heavyweight champion of the world in boxing who became the youngest heavyweight champion in boxing history when he won the belt at just the age of 20 back in 1986. Tyson retired in 2005 with record 50 wins, 6 losses and 2 no contests. Tyson won 44 of his fights via Knockout.

“I’m on the West coast side, Mike Tyson should’ve been anyway he is the baddest man on the planet he should’ve been the one over here, I’m on Marijuana right now [says whilst smiling], so you caught me under a bad time,” continues Diaz. “But you know what I’m saying, the Rock’s cool, I like ballers, but he picked the wrong sun, he picked another side, so he can get it too, he can get his a** whooped too,” concludes Diaz.

What did you make of Nate Diaz’s problem with Dwayne Johnson being the one wrapping the BMF Belt around the winner that is Masvidal’s waist at UFC 244? Do you agree that it should’ve been Mike Tyson for handing the title to the winner?

For someone who was considered the baddest man on the planet during the 1980s-90s and became the heavyweight champion just at the age of 20, Tyson was someone to not mess with. Maybe, Diaz has a solid point for Tyson was the definition of the slang of “Baddest Motherf**er” in possibly one of the toughest eras in boxing history.
