The final Divisional round game will see the Baltimore Ravens play in front of the Bills Mafia. Along with them, Lamar Jackson will take on Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills in trying to reach the AFC Championship round.

The Bills Mafia are daunting for anyone who find themselves at the opposite end of Highmark Stadium. Bills fans are extremely passionate about their football team and their passion sometimes goes over the top if they feel their team needs that extra energy.

If the likes of Patrick Mahomes have voiced their displeasure at facing the Bills Mafia, it is likely that Jackson feels the same way. When reporters at the mid-week press conference asked the two-time league MVP about it playing with the Bills Mafia looking on, he answered.

I really don’t care who’s watching. Us players, we’re just trying to win. We really don’t care like how people feel about it. We trying to just go in there and win. That’s a tough environment, tough team… we’re just trying to go there to win.

Lamar Jackson added that his teammates are built up for the occasion. They know all too well that they have to win to continue their season. Therefore, the cold environment or the Bills Mafia won’t faze them. He and his Baltimore Ravens teammates are focused on beating them.

Lamar Jackson not bothered about friendship with Josh Allen

This game will be about two 28-year-old quarterbacks who came through the same draft and are considered co-favorites for this year’s MVP award. Another reporter asked him about the constant comparisons between them and if they talk about it, to which he said.

When we’re older, we’ll probably laugh about it. But right now, it’s serious. I ain’t laughing with you.

Lamar Jackson added he has met Josh Allen before, but he does not fraternize with opposition quarterbacks in the offseason. He reiterated that there is no problem between them. But his focus is to win a Super Bowl by beating his opposite numbers.

Jackson has had a terrific season so far where he beat Allen to the All-Pro 1st team. He might do the same when it comes to the regular season MVP award. But he wants to take it to the next step and win a Super Bowl.

For that, he has to go through Allen and Patrick Mahomes. As arguably the three best quarterbacks in the league, his legacy depends on his ability to win the big game with them around. The Divisional round game kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET on Sunday January 19th.
