Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500, 2022
NASCAR racing weekend will take to Georgia’s biggest city, Atlanta, to host the 5th round for the Cup Series, Xfinity, and the Truck series. 2022 season triumphantly hosted the first four rounds, and the upcoming weekend will be raced on the Atlanta Motor Speedway from Friday, March 18th to Sunday, March 20th.
The Cup Series has ordained four different winners for each race including rookie Austin Cindric who won the Daytona 500, Kyle Larson bagging the lead at Autoclub 400, Alex Bowman snatching the title at Pennzoil 400, and Chase Briscoe winning the recent Ruoff Mortgage 500.
The Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 might see Kyle Larson coming back to form and eventually end up winning the Atlanta race and his teammate Alex Bowman might be a vital competitor for Kyle Larson along with last week’s winner Chase Briscoe. 23X1 racing team driver Bubba Wallace will be hoping to end his disappointing runs after Daytona P2 and secure a spot in the top 10 in Atlanta.
NASCAR Full Schedule for the Atlanta Motor Speedway
The much-awaited NASCAR race week is all set to kick off on Friday, March 18th with all three national series hosting their practice sessions on the Atlanta Motor Speedway. The Truck Series will be opening the track followed by the Xfinity and then the Main Event the Cup Series.
The Cup Series will see a fierce face-off between Kyle Larson, Chase Briscoe, and Kyle Busch whereas the Truck Series will host a one-on-on with Chandler Smith and Zane Smith, and the Xfinity Series seeing a face-off between Ty Gibbs and Noah Gragson.
