Antonela Roccuzzo and Victoria Beckham‘s newfound friendship is no secret. The two have already gone out on a ‘girl’s night’, posting on their respective social media. It’s fair to say that Victoria has introduced Antonela to the luxuries of Miami.

The chemistry between the two goes further than just a few pictures together. Photos of the two, separate from one another, showcased that they may also share a similar taste in fashion. Victoria Beckham was seen wearing a black Saint Laurent dress when in London. Antonela Roccuzzo, the Argentine model, was seen wearing a dress of a similar fashion, dawning the garments of Louis Vuitton. Their taste in fashion is not limited to designer brands. Antonela and Victoria have both been seen wearing casual wear of a similar style. A white t-shirt paired with denims, the two women wear the same outfit but rock it in their own way.

We cannot speak about the two and ignore their work in Philanthropy. Antonela Roccuzzo is an ambassador for several charities with UNICEF and the Special Olympics being some of them. She has also been public about her support for women’s rights by working as an ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme. Victoria Beckham raised thousands of dollars for ‘Save the Children‘ by selling off some of her daughter’s clothing in an auction. She has also personally donated 600 pieces of clothing for Charity. She is also an advocate for leadership roles for girls, joining the ‘Ban Bossy‘ campaign in 2014.

The two have influences in their own rights. Being in Miami for only a month, Antonela’s recent photos with Victoria display that she is currently loving the Miami life. With over 60% of the population of Miami speaking Spanish, settling in was never going to be an issue.

Lionel Messi joined David Beckham‘s Inter Miami in July’23. The Argentine has only had one transfer since his debut in 2004 for Barcelona. His move to PSG in 2021 was a failure as Messi states, “I was so unhappy“. The next move in his career would be difficult as he spent the majority of his life in the sunny city of Barcelona. His next transfer would come in the form of an MLS contract to the ‘Magic City‘ of Miami. A place full of culture, vibrant in its nature. Nicknamed the ‘Capital of Latin America‘, the Spanish-speaking Argentine and his family would fit in quite nicely.

Aiming for a ‘calmer life’ in the U.S, Lionel Messi has stated that settling in Miami “Has been easy”. It is quite evident that it has been easy for the Miami forward as he boasts an impressive 11 goals and 3 assists in 10 appearances for the club. The player has not needed an incubation period to settle in. He already seems to have fit in with his compatriots quite well. With the additions of former teammates Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets, setting in could not have been made easier.

Lionel Messi will be set to miss a match in September due to International Duties for Argentina. It will be interesting to see how the club fares without their talisman as the season is at a crucial stage.
