Costa Rica was beaten by 1-0 against Mexico in their last game. Orbelin Pineda scored the only goal of the game when he put his penalty away deep in added time of the first half just moments after coming on.

Their opponents, Jamaica were clearly outplayed by Panama in their last game when they lost 3-0 at the Independence Park on Sunday.

Jamaica was however unlucky in their first game against Mexico when Henry Martin scored an 89th minute winner and broke Jamaican hearts at the very end.
