Despite Juventus’ struggles on the pitch, Cristiano Ronaldo has continued to perform at the very top level and has won them games almost single-handedly on more than one occasion.

Ronaldo is the leading goal-scorer in Serie A with 29 goals this season and is disappointed that the club have failed to perform despite his best efforts.

According to Spanish media outlet AS, Manchester United are keen on signing their once prodigy kid and will make an offer if Cristiano Ronaldo decides to move from Italy. Manchester United are sure of their place in the UEFA Champions League next year and the club’s recent success has probably swayed the Ronaldo to consider a return back to England.

Juve are also unlikely to stand in his way, ready to accept fee of around €25m for the forward or look into a possible swap deal. AS add Ronaldo is also prepared to take a pay cut to make the move happen.

Cristiano Ronaldo is attracted to the idea of bringing his spectacular career full circle by returning to United to help them return to the summit of English football.

Manchester United probably looks the likeliest destination for Ronaldo next season, if Juventus fail to qualify for the Champions League as Real Madrid probably would not have the wage budget to fund the Portuguese star. A move to Paris can also be on the cards if the French club can convince Ronaldo to join them with a football project involving the likes of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
