FC Barcelona turns to Pep Guardiola for expertise on Ronald Koeman’s replacement

FC Barcelona head coach Ronald Koeman has been facing a ton of criticism, especially recently after their defeat of 3-0 against Bayern Munich in Camp Nou. The Dutch manager has till now managed 58 games for FC Barcelona since his joining in summer 2020, winning 36 games, drawing 10 and losing 12. In his career this is the second highest win percentage, only after Ajax with about 62%.
According to statistics Koeman has been delivering good performance for FC Barcelona but in Reality the Spanish club is missing the flare that they had previously and Koeman does not seem to have renewed that yet. The Catalan fans have criticised Ronald Koeman more after the interview where the boss said, “One minute it’s nothing, the next it could be anything. I know it also depends on the outcome. I am open to staying. I’m just having fun. Thanks to me, this club has a future.”
FC Barcelona President Joan Laporta asks Pep Guardiola to offer his Expertise

Reports from El Nacional tells us that Joan Laporta was ready to start the Barca rebuilding project next summer, which inlcudes certain important changes in the club and also replacing the present Head coach. Laporta has been in talks with the Spaniard, Pep Guardiola as to get some ideas from him on who could be the next head for the Catalan club.
The coach who is in question to replace Ronald Koeman is Erik Ten Hag who is currently in charge of Ajax. The Dutch manager has done immensely well with the Ajax team and as far as his approach in the game goes he is very much alike to the former legendary player and Manager Johan Crujff.

Pep Guardiola the former Barcelona boss thinks that at this moment the right choice for Barcelona will be Ten Hag as he is very much capable of utilising young bloods in the team and has a very attacking approach to the game which is what Barcelona in search for at this moment.
Ronald Koeman was very much sure that he will be staying for another year at Barcelona but after the Bayern match outcome he said in a recent interview that he is a little bit afraid right now as the rumours of him getting sacked might come true and he is very much surprised.
“Before Bayern, I had to answer whether I’m going to renew for one more year… and now the questions are about whether I’m afraid about my future. Remember there are changes in the team, injured and many young players,” Ronald Koeman said.
