Harry Kane to Chelsea: Blues to offer players in a cash+player swap deal

An emotional Harry Kane applauds the Tottenham fans
The news broke out in the final week of the season that Harry Kane wants to leave Spurs at the end of the season. Though he did not explicitly mention, he hinted a move away from North London. When a player of stature like Harry Kane becomes available, the top-tier clubs look to lure him away. Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea are the clubs that are trying to sign the talismanic striker.
There is a long history of Tottenham Hotspur not doing the deal with Chelsea. Luka Modric is one of the prime examples in that regard. However, the Blues want to make a deal with the Lillywhites this time. Tottenham Hotspur are in a precarious financial position and might fund their summer plans by selling the English striker.
Harry Kane to Chelsea: What’s the rumor?

According to the reports published in one of the standard sports media outlets, Chelsea are ready to offer two of their players along with cash to smoothen the deal for the talismanic English striker. The Stamford Bridge outfit are ready to offer Tammy Abraham and Kepa Arrizabalaga to sweeten the deal for Kane. The deal still remains complicated as Daniel Levy is all set to ask a huge sum for the striker as Kane has three years left on his contract.
The deal seems logical for Tottenham Hotspur as Hugo Lloris’ contract is running down and the club might want to sign a shot-stopper. Also, Tammy Abraham can lead the line if the 27-year-old joins Chelsea. On the other hand, Chelsea are deprived of proper No 9 who can score goals. On numerous occasions, Timo Werner has failed to live up the hype and has fluffed his lines in the past.
Despite the rumours linking the striker to Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel doesn’t want to comment regarding the player’s transfer. Fabrizio Romano tweeted in this regard:
“Everybody loves Harry Kane but he’s a Tottenham player. He has a long-term contract and I won’t comment about that”. Chelsea consider the deal ‘really complicated’. #CFC Man City want Kane as priority. #MCFC Spurs insist they want to keep him
The transfer saga of Harry Kane can be a big one if other European giants like PSG and Real Madrid lock their horns. Who will sign Kane? Have your say!
