A Kevin De Bruyne goal was the solitary goal scored in the match but it was enough to secure all three points for Pep Guardiola’s team.

In an interview he was told that he was now behind to only two managers – Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson. When asked how he felt Guardiola replied by saying he was aiming to overcome Sir Alex Ferguson’s record.

However the reporter quickly reminded him that Ferguson had won a staggering 27 awards during his tenure at Manchester United.“[Ferguson] won 27, Pep, so not too many…”
