Lionel Messi poses with Reims goalkeeper’s son for a quick photoshoot after PSG debut
Lionel Messi is an icon for many and enjoys massive popularity all over the world, and it was brought to the fore after his debut match for PSG against Reims. PSG won the match 2-0 as Kylian Mbappe scored a brace, but it was all about Lionel Messi who made his first appearance for the club after coming off the bench in the second half.
Reims goalkeeper, Predrag Rajkovic took the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of playing against Messi by making the talisman take a picture with his son after the match was over. Rajcovic approached Messi, who happily obliged his request and posed with his son after taking him up on his arms.

The youngster did not look much impressed while taking the picture with one of the best players ever to have played football, but once he grows up he will definitely thank his dad for the picture.
Messi came on in the second half at the 64th minute replacing his friend Neymar and the atmosphere inside the stadium was electric as home and away fans both sang and chanted his name. Although Messi failed to score a goal on his debut, he was very involved in all of PSG’s attacks and won most of the duels he took on.
Despite only playing 26 minutes, he came out of the match being the most fouled player- a clear and evident stat showing how the opposition players failed to stop the Argentine legally.
