How would the Etihad outfit benefit from Jack Grealish’s presence?

One of his biggest strengths is his ability to play on both sides of the wing in both positions i.e he can play as a forward and can also be employed as an attacking midfielder. The 25-year-old can outrun the opposition with his crafty dribbles combined with his lightning speed. Grealish possesses the trickery to control the possession while moving forward and his ability to shoot from long range makes him a potent goal-scoring force.
Grealish can build attacks with his ability to spot open spaces in the opposition’s defence and his ability to direct the ball in goal scoring areas with his clever distribution.
