Premier League: Manchester City vs Manchester United Player Ratings as City restore six points lead with a 4-1 win

At the end of the derby at Etihad Stadium, here are our Manchester City vs Manchester United Player Ratings.
Manchester City started the game on a great note after they scored in the 4th minute. Though MUFC equalised in the 22nd minute, KdB was again on the scoresheet in the 28th minute to make it 2-1. At the end of the half, the teams went 2-1.
In the second half, Manchester City went all guns blazing against Manchester United. They scored the goal just after the hour mark to make it 3-1 and put the game into bed. Riyad Mahrez scored the fourth goal for his side in the final minutes of the game to finish the game in the style.

Manchester City

Ederson (6.5/10): The Brazilian shot-stopper had very little to do against Manchester United as the player did not test him for the most of the game.
Joao Cancelo (6.8/10): Joao Cancelo brought his A game against Manchester United. He was involved in both attack and defense causing MUFC troubles.
John Stones (6.7/10): As the name stands, Stones was rock solid at the heart of the defense. Stones made aerial clearances that helped City in building up.
Aymeric Laporte (6.5/10): Though Laporte was unable to stop the goal that Sancho scored, he was instrumental again with his aerial and ground clearances.
Kyle Walker (6.4/10): The right back was at fault for the absolute screamer that Jadon Sancho scored. However, he kept the team at bay with his calm demeanor.
Kevin de Bruyne (9.9/10): An almost 10/10 game for the skipper of Manchester City. He was able to score two goals and assist the third one.
Rodri (6.7/10): Rodri had a calm game at Etihad Stadium for Cityzens. He was instrumental in the middle of the park with his key passing abilities.
Bernardo Silva (6.9/10): The Portuguese was the reason behind Manchester City’s first two goals. He cut open the Manchester United defense with ease.
Jack Grealish (6.9/10): The record signing for Manchester City lived up to the hype on the derby day. He had a tackle to his name but it was his chance creations that City lived upon.
Phil Foden (7.2/10): Though he was not upto the mark on the day, the technically gifted player was able to create the chances to cut open the Manchester United defense.
Riyad Mahrez (8.8/10): The Algerian international wreaked havoc in the right flank against Manchester United. He scored an absolute screamer to make it 3-1. The player made it 4-1 in the ending moments of the game and take home all three points.

David de Gea (7/10): Despite conceding goals, David de Gea was top class for Manchester United against MCFC. He saved embarrassments several times.
Alex Telles (6.5/10): Though not great numbers for the left-back, Alex Telles made few key defensive and attacking contributions.
Harry Maguire (6/10): Harry Magurie did not have a great game against Manchester City. He was found guilty on the defensive whereas he could not convert that he got at the end of the first half.
Victor Lindelof (5.9/10): The Swede was at fault for both goals of Manchester City. He allowed a big gap for the opposition to continue the assault.
Aaron Wan Bissaka (6.4/10): The English right-back made few defensive contributions and was actively involved in attack.
Fred (6/10): The Brazilian did not have a great game against Manchester City as the player was kept pinned by the opposition.
Scott McTominay (6/10): The Scottish midfielder made a mistake when Bernardo Silva was allowed to run past him. Apart from that, the player tried to limit the damage.
Anthony Elanga (6/10): The homegrown Manchester United player was committed throughout the game but lacked the final output.
Paul Pogba (6.6/10): Though the Frenchman gave the assist to Jadon Sancho for the first goal, Paul Pogba was unable to contribute more towards the game.
Jadon Sancho (7.2/10): The former Manchester City player was the active player for the Red Devils. He went on to score an absolute screamer.
Bruno Fernandes (6.5/10): The Portuguese played as the false 9 and was successful closing down the opposition.
Substitutions:
Jesse Lingard (6/10): Despite coming on at the hour mark, the player failed to contribute substantially against the arch rivals.
Marcus Rashford (6/10): The winger failed to make any substantial impact on the game after coming on for Paul Pogba at the hour mark.
