In footballing terms, Manchester United had one of the best halves in the ongoing season. They created several chances but lacked the end product. Watford had very few possession of the ball and couldn’t score. The first half ended 0-0.

In the second half, both teams tried to break the deadlock. Manchester United again had clear cut chances to convert but the team collectively failed. The game ended in a 0-0 draw at the end of 90 minutes at Old Trafford.

David de Gea (6.5/10): The Spaniard had very little to do against Watford as Manchester United kept the majority of the possession. When called, he was able to make saves.

Aaron Wan Bissaka (7/10): Amidst the recent criticism, Aaron Wan Bissaka was able to put up a great performance against the Hornets. He was involved in both attack and defense. 

Victor Lindelof (6.8/10): The Swedish central defender was rock solid in the heart of the defense. He won three aerial headers and had a tackle to his name. 

Raphael Varane (7/10): The Rolls-Royce defender was again at his best for Manchester United. He made a tackle and had four aerial duels to his name. 

Alex Telles (7.2/10): He was one of the best players on the pitch for Manchester United. Not only did he have defensive contributions but he was also able to put several pin point crosses. 

Nemanja Matic (7/10): The veteran central midfielder showed why he is valued across Europe. The player calmed the nerves whenever there was a counter-attack. Matic had two dribbles and a tackle to his name. 

Fred (6.7/10): Though Fred could not convert the chance or have an assist, he was key in the middle of the park and did the dirty work. 

Bruno Fernandes (6.4/10): In the absence of Harry Maguire, Bruno Fernandes carried the armband. He had several shots but none were on the target. The Portuguese did not have a great game. 

Paul Pogba (6.7/10): The French midfielder had a free roam role and was able to leave a huge impact on the game. He also had several chances to score the goal. 

Anthony Elanga (7/10): The academy product is upping his game and drove several balls into the final third. However, none of his chances were converted. 

Cristiano Ronaldo (6.6/10): The Portuguese legend had the poor game and missed the shooting boots. He was presented with several chances throughout the game but was unable to convert. Ronaldo had 100% pass success in the game.

Jadon Sancho (6.5/10): The former Borussia Dortmund winger was brought onto the pitch at the hour mark to change the things. However, the player did not had any major impact on the game.

Imran Louza (6.8/10): Imran Louza was one of the best players for Watford on the pitch. He made all the dirty in the midfield and regained possession several times. 

Moussa Sissoko (6.8/10): The former Tottenham Hotspur player was a key contributor for his side against the Old Trafford outfit. He made five tackles against Manchester United.

Emmanuel Dennis (6/10): When both sides met last time, Emmanuel Dennis played a huge role. However, he was kept silent by Manchester United central defenders and limited his role. 

Josh King (6.5/10): The former MUFC player was unable to score the goal at Old Trafford but created several chances which the team failed to convert. 

Ismalia Sarr (6.5/10): The youngster was a key attacker but failed to capitalize on the spaces that the midfielders gave him. He had a dribble to his name.
