A look at Erling Haaland’s sleep schedule helps which helps him in preparing for monstrous performances

Erling Haaland
When Erling Haaland is present in the Premier League, defenders can’t be caught sleeping, but the Manchester City striker has honed his sleeping routine. By the end of February, Haaland will have surpassed Mohamed Salah’s record for the most goals scored in a 38-game Premier League season.
With his two goals against Brighton over the weekend, Erling Haaland now has 22 league goals, all of which have come in just 11 games, and he is only six behind Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-min, who split the top scorer honors last season, in terms of overall goals scored. Previously, the 22-year-diet old’s was detailed, with his father Alf Inge Haaland’s homemade lasagne at its core.
More information regarding how he gets ready for a game has just come to light, and it revolves around his incredibly specialized sleeping schedule. The sources claims that Haaland is “obsessed” with sleep and making sure he creates the ideal setting for it.
Prior to going to bed, the striker wears blue-light, orange-tinted glasses that are known to block out bright digital lighting. Haaland follows the usual advice we’ve all been taught but that most of us ignore by turning his phone to do not disturb for a while before falling asleep and turning off technological devices.
Erling Haaland plans to shatter the Premier League record

The Manchester City striker has become so accustomed to scoring that it even surprised us when he went scoreless against Liverpool. Despite their dismal performance this season, a player failing to score against Jurgen Klopp’s team shouldn’t really come as a surprise, but that’s the level we’re at.
His only blank in the league prior to the weekend had come against Bournemouth, and with hat-tricks against Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, and Manchester United in a perfect 10-performance, it seemed as though he would never go without scoring in a game again.

He didn’t score against the Reds, but on Saturday he rebounded against Brighton with a brace, as if he needed to. Following an 80-yard assist from Ederson in the City goal, he scored his first of the match and the 16th of his league campaign before scoring his 17th from the penalty spot shortly after.
That means he needs just six more goals to tie with Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-min for the league’s most goals scored last season, and just one more to win the league’s Golden Boot. Those are already absurd numbers, but if the Norwegian keeps up his present pace, he will break all previous records.
