Piers Morgan's Twitter profile has been breached by an unauthorized user.
Piers Morgan
Overnight, Piers Morgan‘s Twitter account was infiltrated by a crude troll who posted offensive language and called for the preservation of Somalia’s boundaries. Many of Morgan’s 8 million followers were shocked to discover that his account had been sending out inappropriate posts.
It quickly became obvious that a group referring to themselves as the ‘chuckling squad’ had infiltrated the former newspaper editor and television personality’s account. The attack persisted for nearly an hour before the page was eventually erased. The hackers modified Morgan’s account name multiple times and used profane language to rename it.
People reacted swiftly to the situation, with some requesting Twitter to take action against the hack and others asking the hackers to look into Piers Morgan‘s Direct Messages to see his conversations with Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. Some even reached out to the hacked account, requesting the hackers to share Morgan’s DMs.
The attack impacted various famous individuals, including ex-British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and caused disruption on Twitter for about an hour before the platform was able to contain the situation and delete all of the inappropriate posts. Morgan’s account details and photos were also wiped, thus concluding the hack, but it serves as a reminder of the need to secure one’s account and the risks of being hacked.
Andrew Tate reacts to Piers Morgan’s tweet
Andrew Tate responded to a Piers Morgan tweet stating that he had been fatally shot in Dubai on Monday. It turned out that Morgan’s account had been hacked, with the perpetrator leaving a trail of offensive messages targeting well-known figures such as Queen Elizabeth II and Ed Sheeran.
Tate, aged 36, was one of the people falsely reported to have been killed by the cyber attack. It seems the attack has been halted, as the tweets containing the false information are no longer visible. In response to the inaccurate news, Tate exclaimed, “Hard to kill!”
Tate’s fame skyrocketed to the highest level after he was blocked from Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube for allegedly displaying sexism. When Elon Musk purchased the popular social media website, Tate’s account was restored. He now claims that the “agents of the Matrix” fired their most effective weapon at him, apart from taking his life.
