A Napoli fan was reportedly shot dead during Napoli’s title celebration in Naples

The incidents of match disruption have increased over time in the past few years. Fans have been seen causing a number of disruptions from shouting abusive Racism slogans to throwing objects which have forced a match to get postponed.

Recently during the celebrations in Naples, a fan was reportedly shot dead. Napoli claimed the Serie A title after 33 years. The happiness in the joy was doomed after the incident of death and fighting that happened between Udinese fans and those of Napoli.

During the match between Barcelona and Espanyol fans, similar violence was observed. The hosting fans of Espanyol targeted Barcelona players while they rushed down the tunnel. Some were even caught breaking the camera and the guards even failed to eradicate such actions.

The unruly behavior of fans with racist comments during matches of PSG targeting Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr., and Kylian Mbappe is nothing new. Recently in a match against Ajax and Feyenoord, a fan was even arrested for causing injury to Devy Klassen. He was injured with a cigarette lighter causing a bitter injury in the head.

In La Liga, Vinicius Jr. has also faced a wide number of occasions where he has been on the receiving end of racist remarks. However, the ruling bodies of football have not stepped up to stop hooliganism in the game despite it being one of the most prevalent problems for players, teams, and other fans.
