The French national and Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann shared essential details about his relationship with his wife and how he seduced her before she started dating him. The player is currently busy with the France squad in Qatar’s 2022 FIFA World Cup, training for the big occasion. The player recently made his switch from Barcelona back to Atletico Madrid.
Antoine Griezmann expressed that while he was still playing for the La Liga club Real Sociedad, the star first met his wife in San Sebastian, the then Girlfriend of the player Erika Choperena. The 2018 World Cup winner started dating his wife in 2011 before officially tying the knot in 2017; the couple had three children together. Erika, a child psychologist, was spotted cheering for her husband in the 2018 World Cup.
The player revealed how he lured his wife into finally dating him. “Erika was studying in a school next to where I trained, we crossed roads a couple of times and we began to text each other,” before she agreed to date the player. “For a year and a half, I sent her messages, I tried to seduce her.” said the Frenchman on his will to seduce her now wife Choperena.

Antoine Griezmann mentioned these things in his autobiography, where he explained how he met his wife and texted her until she agreed to date him.
