In a heartbreaking incident, that has sent the whole football community into shock, Atletico Madrid Ultras have directed harassment towards a mother and a daughter donning a Vinicius Jr. jersey. The incident happened near the Metropolitan Stadium, ahead of the derby day. 

The rivalry between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid has been very intense for years and is one of the most highly anticipated derby games in La Liga. The mother and daughter who were vivid fans of Vinicius Jr. were subjected to harassment and racial slurs. In another heartwrenching incident, a sculpture of Vinicius Jr. was hung from a bridge by the Atletico Madrid Ultras.
