Reports also state that Frenkie de Jong has requested a policy allowing him to keep earning his full deferred and current salaries until 2026 in addition to refusing to accede to the demand. Frenkie de Jong has not yet received the deferred pay of £17 million. If Frenkie de Jong leaves, Barcelona is searching for Bernardo Silva to check their midfield.
