Thomas Tuchel has come under a lot of pressure from the Bayern Munich fans again. The Bavarians had recently been knocked out of the Champions League after poor demonstrations in both legs against Manchester City. The Munich side are now in trouble of going trophyless this season, after suffering another loss, this time to Mainz in the Bundesliga.

Despite dominating the possession in the Mewa Arena, Bayern slumped to a 3-1 defeat against Mainz. Sadio Mane opened the scoring, but a compelling second-half display by the hosts smashed the Bavarians. Tuchel’s men have now failed to win their last four matches in all competitions and could drop to second place in the Bundesliga by the end of the night.

The 32-time Bundesliga champions are in trouble of securing their eleventh straight title, with Borussia Dortmund leading 3-0 against Einthract Frankfurt at the break. Thomas Tuchel was brought in for the purpose of securing the treble for the Bavarians. However, the German manager is losing his grip on the final piece of silverware on offer for the German giants this season.
