Ahead of the Real Madrid vs. Sevilla game, Carlo Ancelotti praises his former player and club captain, Sergio Ramos. Ancelotti went as far as to credit Ramos for his current job with Los Blancos.

Ancelotti reminisced about the legendary UEFA Champions League final 2013/14 goal scored by the Spanish defender in the game’s dying moments. The exact moment was 92:48 against Atletico Madrid. Atletico seemed to be walking away with the trophy with a soul Diego Godin goal in the 36th minute of the game. Carlo Ancelotti credited Ramos for his performance and contribution to the club, saying, “If I am here today, it’s because of Ramos. If he hadn’t scored that goal [92:48] in the Champions League final, I probably wouldn’t be here.”
