Dani Alves has grown thin and doesn't converse with anyone in the prison
Former Barcelona full-back Dani Alves was denied bail recently and is sent to jail again. A cellmate of the Brazilian International spoke about his condition. The 40-year-old celebrated his birthday inside the cell.
Dani Alves doesn’t find himself in a comfortable position in the cell. The Former Barcelona player doesn’t have any conversations with anyone. The 40-year-old is allegedly bullied by other people in the cell. The cellmate abuses the player by calling him a rap*ist and “p**” on him.
Dani Alves was denied bail by the court of Spain. The Former Brazilian player is undergoing pretrial detainment on the alleged incident of rape. The incident of alleged rape took place right after the world cup. The player is denied bail for the second time.
The date of trial is not fixed by the court. The court of Spain is taking this case under Private International Law. The Court of Barcelona has considered the statements of the prosecutrix and the defendant while canceling the bail order.

Why did the Spanish Court cancel the bail of Dani Alves?
The Court of Spain has re-heard the bail application of Dani Alves. The Brazilian International is accused of allegations of rape by a woman in Barcelona pertaining to an incident of December 30, 2022.
The bail application of the player was rejected by the court of Spain for the Second time. The rejection was because the Court considered the accused my flea away from getting bail. The player is a Brazilian citizen who was arrested in Spain. Given that the player has no domicile status in Spain, the accused can eventually fly to Brazil.
The Court of Spain wouldn’t have the jurisdiction to judge the case of the accused if he moves out of Spain. The court of Spain thus vehemently rejected the 300-page- application. The Brazilian application is getting prepared to file an appeal against the initial bail rejection order.
Dani Alves has grown very thin as reported by cell mates. The former Barcelona player has rejected all the allegations of rape made against him. The defendant has said that the alleged sexual intercourse was on pure consent of both the parties
