Chelsea on the verge of submitting its first bid of $43M to Manchester City for Raheem Sterling: Reports

Raheem Sterling
Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea are ready to submit their first official bid for Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling. The Englishman could be on the way out of the Ethiad and Chelsea are keen to secure his services.
With Romelu Lukaku desperate to leave Chelsea and re-sign for Inter Milan, Chelsea needs a goalscoring winger to take over the burden to score for them. Raheem Sterling ticks all the boxes and as reported by Fabrizio Romano, Thomas Tuchel is a huge admirer of the 27-year-old.
Chelsea feels confident to sign Raheem Sterling for £35 million

Chelsea’s board is increasingly confident to recure Raheem Sterling for just £35 million, even though Manchester City paid €64 million back in 2015 to sign the player from Liverpool.
Raheem Sterling has become one of the most lethal wingers in the Premier League and arguably Europe since his move to Manchester City. Being one of the first signings of Pep Guardiola, the winger has managed 339 games for City since joining. Scoring 131 times and assisting another 95.
Chelsea could face competition from Real Madrid as well in their pursuit of Raheem Sterling. Real Madrid could look at the Englishman as an alternative for their failed move of Kylian Mbappe.
