She added an unexpected take on the GOAT debate. While being asked to pick between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, James chose Messi. Premier League fans supported Ronaldo and did not like the disrespect towards their favorite player.
However, things took an exciting turn when she was asked to choose between the next set of players. Between Eden Hazard and Lionel Messi, James proved she is loyal to Chelsea. She chose Hazard over Messi within a split-second.
Hazard is undoubtedly an icon for Chelsea Football Club. He has scored over 100 times in his 352 appearances for the Blues. James’ choice showcases the memories she built while growing up following the club. As Chelsea looks to maximize her potential, it will be interesting to see if the sister of the men’s team right-back can put her feet and money where her mouth is.
