Cristiano Jr. has shown every sign of following in his father’s footsteps. The 13-year-old Al-Nassr star joined the U-13 outfit of the Saudi club back in October of last year. 4 months later, the ‘prodigy’ has led Al-Nassr U-13 to the Saudi Pro League title, but fans’ attention was caught by a moment of class recorded before his crowning moment. In a viral video, Cristiano Jr. impressed audiences by posing for a picture with a ‘shameless’ fan/security guard who trolled the player as he went into the tunnel.
The viral video showed that the youngster has class and temperament that precedes his young age. The incident occurred when Junior was making his way to the dressing room, where a uniformed ‘security’ was waiting for him. The latter then proceeded to gesture in a way that the 13-year-old’s team got ‘cooked’.

It resembled Bayern Munich star Serge Gnabry‘s iconic ‘stir fry’ celebration. While many would expect the youngster to react or retaliate in aggression, he did the very opposite. In a gesture that earned him a lot of praise on football Twitter, Cristiano Jr. posed for a picture with the fan!
Even though the teenager initially dismissed the fan’s mockery with an annoyed gesture, he later posed with him as seen in the video.
Cristiano Jr. ‘ignores’ father during Al-Nassr victory celebration
The Al-Nassr U-13 squad clinched the Saudi Pro League title as the senior team welcomed them onto the pitch. Cristiano Jr. led his teammates as they were greeted by the Al-Nassr players, including Cristiano Ronaldo. Even though the Portuguese superstar eagerly waited for his son to greet him, the latter opted not to.

While the true reason for his action remains unknown, fans have come up with their conclusions. A comment under the post explained that Ronaldo asked his son for a kiss and why he was not greeting the entire team. Cristiano Jr. appeared to walk in the opposite direction from the rest of the team while also opting not to shake hands with senior team players.
Ronaldo’s expression after the incident certainly did not resemble that of a pleased man. Certain fans also commented that Cristiano Jr. should learn from his father and be humble in success. The game which unfolded afterward was kinder to the Al-Nassr #7. Ronaldo bagged his side’s opener in the 17th minute, taking his tally to 21 goals and 9 assists for the season.
