Ronaldo Jr. has also followed in his father’s footsteps, advancing through the ranks of the Al-Nassr academy.
The Portuguese star, despite his rising age, has been praised for his commitment to maintaining his physical fitness. The ex-Real Madrid star frequently shares workout photos on social media. Even humorously suggested that he could continue playing for another decade.

Cristiano Ronaldo spotted with painted toenails in viral gym photo with his son
Al-Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo shared a picture of himself and his son, Cristiano Jr. in the gym, which went viral on social media. A fan also observed Ronaldo’s black-painted toenails, sparking curiosity and prompting questions in the comments.
The black paint on Ronaldo’s toenails was put in to serve a practical purpose. According to BILD, many elite athletes, including Mike Tyson, apply nail polish to safeguard their toenails from fungi and bacteria during prolonged periods of wearing sweaty shoes.
This practice is believed to reduce the risk of toenail cracking or splitting by providing a protective layer that hardens the toenail, especially beneficial during competitions.
