Cristiano Ronaldo, the generation ace player, has come up to the rescue as he transformed his luxury hotel, Pestana CR7 into a shelter for the Earthquake survivors in Morroco. The hotel is situated just outside Marrakech, Morocco, which has been turned into a refuge camp.
The earthquake caused severe damage to the inhabitants. The seismic shock was measured up to 6.8 on the Richter scale which caused death to nearly 800 people with around 650 plus wounded. Amidst the terrible disaster, Ronaldo’s generous act of providing food and shelter to the earthquake victims and their families has garnered the widest attention and love from the whole world.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been quite renowned for his social services to the people in times of dire need such as earthquakes and floods. The luxurious Pestana CR7 hotel offers 174 rooms for the refugees. Ronaldo also sent a plane full of food essentials and clothes for the survivors.
