Following back-to-back defeats in their opening 2 games of the Saudi Pro League, Cristiano Ronaldo and Al-Nassr are finally back on their feet as the club find themselves 6th in the table. Al-Nassr clashed against Al Shabab in the Saudi Pro League as Ronaldo netted twice, coming just short of a hat-trick. Sadio Mané and S.Al Ghanam also scored as the home side comfortably won the game 4-0. After losing the opening 2 matches, Al-Nassr have found the opposition net 9 times in the last two games, while also keeping clean sheets in both matches. After a spectacular hat-trick against Al Fateh last Friday, Ronaldo followed up with a brace, finding the net twice from spot kicks in the first half.
Al-Nassr received a 3rd penalty but the Portuguese superstar sacrificed his 850th career goal and 64th career hat-trick, offering the penalty to Marcelo Brozovic, who ended up hitting the post. Sadio Mané also found the net in the 2nd half. After numerous big-name players made the move to the Saudi Pro League, the brand value and competition of the League has gone up. That being said, Cristiano is still the top scorer of the League with 5 goals in 4 matches is tied for assists with 2 and stays top of the bunch.

Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo debuted a new celebration after scoring against Al Shabab in Tuesday’s clash. The player was seen sporting a brand new celebration, holding up a heart with both arms, somewhat similar to that of former teammate Gareth Bale.
