Sergio Ramos, on Wednesday, took to his social media to celebrate 60M Instagram followers. Global football icon, Cristiano Ronaldo, took over Ramos’ Instagram post congratulating him on reaching 60M followers and commented on it with humor.
Former Real Madrid teammate, now friend, Ronaldo replied to Ramos’ post jokingly. He wrote a comment under the post, which read, “You need a zero to catch me”. Ronaldo is currently the most followed social media personality with 600M followers.
Sergio Ramos quickly responded to the Portuguese’s comment with further humor. “You need a World Cup to catch me,” wrote the Spanish defender with a laughing emoji. Further, Ramos also challenged Ronaldo, to a game of golf. The golf game is expected to take place soon. The friendly banter between Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos is a reminder of their glorified and successful past in Spain.
