Cristiano Ronaldo has been at the top of his game for well over two decades. The 38-year-old superstar is known for his strict workout routine and diet plans. Set to turn 39 in a month, Cristiano Ronaldo’s physique rivals that of the top athletes in the sport. A sneak peek into the superstar’s workout regimen has surprised fans and followers worldwide.

The Saudi Pro League is currently on an extended break in light of the 2023 Asian Cup kicking off on the 12th of this month. Even though the player spent some time off with his family enjoying the holidays, his most recent Instagram story revealed that he is in fact, spending no time off. A grueling workout session involving arm, abdomen, and neck muscles was posted by the soon-to-be 39-year-old.

His fitness is a testament to the fact that the Al-Nassr #7 managed to finish 2023 as a global top scorer with 54 goals in all competitions. He beat the likes of Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe, and Erling Haaland to the title.

Set to turn 39 on the 5th of February, Cristiano Ronaldo has shown no signs of slowing down or even thinking of hanging up his boots. As for the 2023/24 season, Ronaldo remains the top scorer in the Saudi Pro League with 20 goals and 9 assists in 18 matches.
