“It is a complicated situation,” Dani Alves’ wife speaks out amidst ongoing s***al assault trial on husband

Following allegations of sexual assault against her husband, Dani Alves, Spanish model Joana Sanz made her first public statement in an interview. During the interrogation, Sanz was questioned about the circumstances surrounding the Brazilian’s arrest and her emotional condition.
The model spoke to La Vanguardia, the local media. “In my case it is a complicated situation. It’s better that the joys are professional. “Everything that has to do with my work makes me happy, and I feel fortunate to be able to move forward,“ she said.
She is currently in Dubai to sponsor the opening of Laboratorios“Sesderma,” the cosmetics company’s first store and clinic. Dani Alves is still held in the Brians 2 prison after being accused of molesting a 23-year-old woman in a Spanish nightclub. Dani Alves will remain in detention until the commencement of the trial for the alleged sexual assault, the Provincial Court of Barcelona recently announced.
DNA tests identify Alves as the abuser. Due to the overwhelming proof of the crime, there is a significant risk that the Brazilian football player could flee due to his financial means. Hence, the court decided to keep the player behind bars. Reports from Spain suggest a trial date against the 39-year-old footballer has already been set. There is speculation that the trial may occur in late 2023.

Joana Sanz, Dani Alves’ wife, is unquestionably going through the most difficult months of her life. In late 2022, her husband was imprisoned for sexually assaulting a 23-year-old woman. Her mother, to whom she was very close, also died recently. The model is currently in Dubai for professional reasons and was spotted dancing by the media.
The Spanish firm threw a fantastic party at the exclusive Sushi 99 restaurant. It featured sopranos Virginia Tola and Estbaliz Martyn. Joana Sanz danced to the sounds of the Gipsy Kings and Chris MJ.
Regarding the potential prison sentence for Alves, the Prosecutor’s Office said that he faces “a crime of sexual assault with penetration of article 179 of the Criminal Code that provides for a penalty between four and 12 years in prison”.
