El Classico in Vegas: FC Barcelona v Read Madrid- Preview, Team News, Possible Line Ups, and Prediction
At the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Saturday, Real Madrid will play a preseason match against their fierce rivals Barcelona to kick off their preparations for the 2022–23 season.
Barcelona has played twice this summer, tying Olot at 1-1 and then thumping Inter Miami 6-0, while Real Madrid has not competed since defeating Liverpool in the Champions League final at the end of May.
With goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Raphinha, Ansu Fati, Gavi, Memphis Depay, and Ousmane Dembele against Phil Neville’s team in Florida on Tuesday night, the Catalan giants defeated Inter Miami 6-0.
Before taking on Pumas in the Joan Gamper Trophy on August 7, Xavi’s squad will play Real Madrid, Juventus, and New York Red Bulls in their final three friendlies of the summer tour. On August 13, the team’s 2022-23 La Liga season will then start at home against Rayo Vallecano.
Barcelona experienced a difficult season in 2021–22, while Real Madrid, which won the La Liga and Champions League double, was unaffected.
With the additions of Aurelien Tchouameni and Antonio Rudiger, the Spanish champions have strengthened their team this summer. Kylian Mbappe was also anticipated to join on a free transfer, but the France international opted to renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

Team News:

Lewandowski may make his Barcelona debut now that his transfer to Bayern Munich is finalized, but it’s doubtful that he will make the starting lineup. Instead, the striker might come off the bench.
After sitting out the match against Inter Miami due to fitness concerns, Gerard Pique and Ferran Torres will both be aiming to play for the Catalan team. Additionally, Sergio Busquets, Ronald Araujo, Jordi Alba, and Gavi might all make an appearance after the Inter Miami match.
Summer acquisitions Rudiger and Tchouameni of Real Madrid might both start the El Clasico, with the former perhaps playing in the middle of the defense with Eder Militao. With Kroos and Casemiro perhaps joining Tchouameni in a midfield three, Alaba might start at left-back.
