Endrick‘s arrival to the Santiago Bernabeu couldn’t happen any sooner! The Brazilian boy wonder scored his second ever goal for the Selecao and his first ever at the Santiago Bernabeu. Fans were thrilled as the No.21 netted for the first time in his soon-to-be home ground – the Bernabeu. The player will join the club in July 2024, as soon as he turns 18.

Endrick came on in the second half, replacing FC Barcelona winger Raphinha. It took the player four minutes to find the net, as he blasted home an exquisite volley from the edge of the penalty area. The crowd went berserk, as the Brazilian gave them a demo of what they can expect from him at Real. His impressive display elicited a response from Madrid President Florentino Perez himself!

As if the buzz surrounding his move to the club wasn’t sky high, Perez himself went up to have a word with the youngster.

Surrounded by a sea of officials and reporters, the President then asked for Rodrygo‘s jersey and posed for a picture with him. The game ended 3-3 thanks to a late goal from Lucas Paqueta.

Soon-to-be Real Madrid star Endrick lit up the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday. The game against Spain saw the youngster score a brilliant volley against Spain, despite neither side having an advantage at the end of 90 minutes. While Madrid fans saw glimpses of their future star, FC Barcelona can also say the same for themselves.

Lamine Yamal was also in the mood against Brazil, as the 16-year-old danced his way past the Selecao’s defense on multiple occasions. Despite him not being able to get on the scoresheet, his efforts throughout the game were certainly noticed by supporters. Yamal contributed heavily to his team’s opener after he drew a foul from Joao Gomes inside the box.

He also assisted Dani Olmo, who scored Spain’s second goal of the night from a valiant effort. Endrick’s contribution was limited to his goal in the 50th minute. His volley past Unai Simon made for his second-ever goal for the Selecao, and first at the Santiago Bernabeu. While it will take over three months for the Brazilian to don Madrid colors, Yamal will return to action against Las Palmas on the 31st of March.
